Samer is the Managing Partner of the firm and is based in UAE. His focus is on technology laws, corporate and commercial. Samer has an extensive experience as a lawyer in the Middle East for many years as he qualified in 1994 in Jordan. He then obtained his Masters of Law from Brigham Young University, USA in 1997 and started a career that will extend to many parts of the MEA region. He combines an understanding of the complexities of the east and the west.

Samer's previous jobs include being a legal director for Microsoft in Saudi Arabia and the GCC region, and the Managing Partner for Talal Abu-Ghazaleh Legal for many years.
